Skai 7 Private Limited ("Skai 7," "we," "our," or "us") owns and operates the Rezlea brand and platform. This Privacy Policy applies to your access to and use of the Rezlea website, mobile applications, and all related services, products, features, and content offered by us (collectively, the "Platform").

Rezlea is a technology-enabled rental housing platform that assists tenants, landlords, property owners, property managers, brokers, and visitors in discovering rental properties, accessing premium property information, submitting Flex Offers, coordinating property viewings, facilitating rental-related payments, and communicating through dedicated Relationship Managers ("RMs").

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your Personal Data in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner. By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, submitting information, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Personal Data We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

We may collect Personal Data when you:

  • contact our RMs or customer support;
  • purchase premium property access;
  • submit a Flex Offer;
  • schedule a property visit;
  • upload property listings;
  • make rental-related payments; or
  • otherwise communicate with us through the Platform.

  • Date of birth, where required
  • Profile photograph, if provided

Tenant Information

Landlord / Property Owner Information

  • Property ownership details
  • Property location and specifications
  • Property photographs
  • Rental expectations
  • Identity verification documents

Identification Documents

Where necessary and permitted by applicable law, we may collect government-issued or other identity documents for identity verification, fraud prevention, onboarding, service enablement, or regulatory compliance. These may include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, and property ownership documents.

Payment Information

We may collect limited transaction-related information when you make or receive rental-related payments through the Platform. We do not store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, bank account passwords, or other sensitive financial credentials, except to the extent securely handled by authorized third-party payment service providers or required for lawful processing. We may receive:

  • transaction ID;
  • payment status;
  • payment amount;
  • payment date and time; and
  • refund status.

Communications Data

We may collect and maintain records of communications between:

  • tenants and landlords;
  • users and RMs;
  • users and customer support teams; and
  • users and third-party service providers acting on our behalf.

This may include calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, in-app messages, support tickets, and feedback submissions, where permitted by applicable law.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

Usage Data

  • property searches;
  • property views;
  • saved properties;
  • Flex Offer submissions;
  • rental payment activity;
  • feature usage; and
  • time spent on pages or screens.

Technical Data

  • IP address;
  • browser type;
  • device information;
  • operating system;
  • device identifiers; and
  • internet service provider information.

Location Information

We may collect approximate location information through IP address data or, where you grant permission, more precise location information for property discovery, viewing, or related services.

Cookies and Tracking Data

We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, tags, and similar technologies to:

  • remember your preferences;

  • improve Platform performance;
  • understand user behavior;

  • supporting landlord payouts or payment routing where applicable;

  • communication providers, including SMS, WhatsApp, email, and calling service providers;
  • cloud hosting, storage, infrastructure, and security providers;

  • marketing and campaign service providers;
  • legal, compliance, audit, and professional advisors;
  • law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other authorities where required by law; and
  • any other person or entity with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

We do not sell your Personal Data.

Rental Payments and Payment Processing

Rezlea may facilitate rental-related payments and related transactions through authorized third-party payment service providers. We are not a bank, payment system operator, NBFC, lender, or insurance provider.

Where available, tenants may make rental-related payments through payment solutions integrated into the Platform. Such solutions may support payment initiation, tracking, reconciliation, communication, refunds, and related transaction services.

We do not store complete sensitive financial credentials such as full card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank account passwords, except where securely handled by an authorized payment provider or required by law.

Any payment-related data may also be subject to the privacy policies and terms of the relevant third-party payment provider. We encourage you to review those policies before making a payment.

Any future Flex Protection Program, payment support service, or rental assistance offering shall be governed by separate terms, eligibility criteria, and disclosures.

Third-Party Websites, Services, and APIs

The Platform may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, software, tools, services, or APIs. These may include services used for identity verification, messaging, analytics, payments, hosting, maps, location services, support, or other operational functions.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security practices, or content of third-party services, except to the extent required by law. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that third party's own terms and privacy policy.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.

These safeguards may include:

  • encryption or similar protection measures where appropriate;

  • vendor due diligence;

If you withdraw consent for certain processing activities, we may not be able to provide some or all Platform features to you.

The Platform is not intended for children below the age of 18, unless permitted by applicable law and used under appropriate parental or guardian supervision where required. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children without lawful basis. If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from a child in violation of this Policy, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
